Having a strong presence in luxury hotel toiletries and amenities, Gilchrist & Soames, established in London, is considered to be a leader in its industry. The company, which has its own in-house, custom and retail brands, was in need of a brand architecture within its hotelier collections, including a more focused website.

Tactic brought Gilchrist & Soames a brand strategy and identity to help them evolve their business and tell their story to the national hotelier audience, complete with a redesign of their hotelier website to provide customers with an efficient, easy-to-use navigation through all collections as well as a brand video to visually showcase its new architecture.

The result was a colorful, visually stimulating website with a focused mission, engaging story and sales-oriented philosophy. The end result translated to a comprehensive outline of the company and its promise of superior quality.
